The
first guideline for using Citation is that you enter a bibliographic record whenever you read
or encounter a potential source work.
To add a Citation bibliographic record:
- Click
Edit, Add Record.

Highlight the Book form
on the Select form dialog, and click OK to add a blank record form for a Book.
- Enter the
bibliographic information for this book into the form, so that it looks like this:
