You will want to follow a few guidelines when you are entering bibliographic information in Citation records:

Author, editor, translator names: Always enter names as they appear in the example, with given and last names spelled out completely, inverted, and, when there are multiple authors, separate the names of individuals with a semi-colon.

Muller, James B.; Arthur, Sylvia; Cru, Lisa R.

Titles: Enter titles without capitalizing significant words, other than proper names. When the citation is formatted, Citation will capitalize the title properly.
