In your Citation records, enter the author name(s) for the article or chapter in the Author field. Invert first and last names, and separate the names of individuals with a semicolon. Notice that you can elect to enter the full names of authors; Citation will truncate the names to initials for reference styles requiring initials, such as AMA or APA.
Enter the title of the article, the inclusive pages on which it can be found, and the title of the book collection in which it is printed.
Editor names should be entered in the same manner as author names.
If you need to include information on the edition (when it is an edition other than the first), a translator, a publisher's series, or other information, use the Book (extended form) to enter bibliographic information on the essay:
Note that Citation adds the "pp" tag for book pages, if that is required by the publishing style, when the reference is formatted.
Note that the Book (extended) form can also be used when the chapter is contained in a volume has been translated, for editions other than the first, multivolume works, and works published as part of a series.
