As records are entered, Citation formats
the bibliographic information as a citation,
(in the style you have selected).
You can click Insert on the Preview box to insert the formatted citation into your footnote.

You can also use Citation to write all your
references for a document at once.
The CiteKey from the bibliographic record can be used as a "key" in your word processing document to cite works you have entered in your bibliographic datafile.
