In your Citation records, enter all the author names on the first page of the article, in the order in which they appear in the journal. Invert first and last names, and separate the names of individuals with a semicolon. Notice that you can elect to enter the full names of authors; Citation will truncate the names to initials for your APA style references, AMA, and other styles that require that first names be truncated to initials.

Always enter the volume number of the journal. And, if the journal begins each issue with page 1, also include the issue number.

Enter the inclusive pages on which the article is printed. Enter all digits.
