The Find Duplicates dialog lets you locate duplicate records, and records with duplicate Access keys.

Options on the Select dialog:

Delete All Exact Duplicates (Button)
Click this button to remove all duplicate records with exact matches in your datafile.

All Fields Match (Duplicates)
This list will contain all records that are exact matches.

Author, Year, and Title Match (Possible Duplicates)
This list will contain all records that with the same information in the Author, Year, and Title fields. Use the GoTo button to examine records before deleting them. Use the Delete Record button to delete records that are inessential.

Access Phrases Match (Ambiguous Cite Key field)
This list will contain all records that have duplicate Cite Keys (Access Phrases). Use the Goto button to edit the Cite Keys (Access Phrases) for these records.
